Meet Cherie, our Vice President
Hello, I am Cherie Vermillion. I have served the community as owner of Heaven Sent for over 17 years, an organization that is licensed and regulated by the Virginia Department of Health providing in-home care to senior citizens. As owner, I serve as Managing Member, Administrator, and Marketing Director. Previously, my career was in IT management for various settings. Among my strong areas are project management, human resource management, quality control ensuring client satisfaction and a devotion to creating positive and fair outcomes for all involved. I am also very involved in my church.

Meet Jill, our Treasurer
Hi. My name is Jill Smith and am working on the HOA Board as the Treasurer. For the past eleven years, I have worked as an accountant for a land developer in Ashburn. I earned my bachelors in accounting from Strayer University. I have lived in Warrenton Lakes since 2015. I am mom of four and enjoy spending time with my children and fiancé. I enjoy working on home improvement projects and reading in my free time.

Meet Judy, our Secretary
Hello I am Judy Koehler. I have served as the recording secretary on the AWLA Board since 2017. I also manage the AWLA scholarship program, supported by our community, for qualifying Fauquier High School graduating seniors who live in the Addition to Warrenton Lakes. Before retiring, I taught English and Spanish in the Fauquier County Public School System, and now I am a volunteer in the Fauquier County Head Start program. I also support the Greyhound Rescue Association. Some of you may know me and my dog Crosby as we enjoyed taking long walks through the neighborhood.

Meet Josh, Board Member at Large

Hello, I’m Josh Baugher. I am currently serving as a member at large and on the ARC. I have been working in the IT field for just over 25 years. I have held various roles from Network, Systems and Software Engineer. My wife, three daughters and I moved to Virginia just over 5 years ago. We have been in Warrenton Lakes for just about 5 years. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, walking our pups and wood working.
